SHIPMENT

Shipping is always free for orders. The shipment will be carried out via express courier service such as DHL, SDA, BRT, typically within 2 – 7 working days. Transportation fees and customs duties are fully borne by the seller. During the summer and holiday seasons, or during sale periods, shipments may experience delays.

WARNINGS:

– It is possible to request a size exchange for a product only once.-

Shipments are not made to the following countries:

IRAN, IRAQ, RUSSIA, UCRAINA, SUDAN, COREA DEL NORD, SIRIA

For shipments to Brazil, customs requires a tax identification number: individuals need to provide their CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas), while businesses need to provide their CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica).
